摘要
针对己内酰胺生产中,石油科学研究院开发的单釜连续淤浆床合成环己酮肟工业装置产生的工业废水进行了可生化性研究。结果表明,在pH为3,温度100℃以下,停留时间30min后,废水中的过氧化物含量可减少90%以上,废水的COD下降50%以上,同时废水的B/C比由0.01提高到0.4以上,达到了废水可生化的要求。
For the production of caprolactam, Industrial wastewater produced by a single continuous slurry-bed pot synthesis of cyclohexanone oxime plant developed by oil research institute can be carried out biodegradability research. It's showed that: when the pH was 3, the temperature was below 100℃, the residence time was more than 30 minutes, the peroxide content of'the wastewater could be reduced more than 90%, COD dropped more than 50%, and at the same time B/C increased from 0.01 to 0.4 and more, then the wastewater could meet the wastewater biochemical requirements.
