摘要
采用电解絮凝-UASB-MBR组合工艺处理萘普生混合废水,研究结果表明,控制电压4.1V,电解过程使COD在15000mg·L-1以上的废水,实现约20%左右的去除率,同时使废水的BOD有较大幅度的提高,增大了废水的可生化性;使聚铁混凝剂和PAM的投加浓度比为500:2,絮凝过程对COD约有20%的去除率;UASB单元对有机污染物有较大幅度地削减,去除率约75.8%~80%,将废水中的COD降至2000mg·L-1;而MBR单元则进一步将最终出水的COD降至100mg·L-1以下。
Naproxen production wastewater was treated by electrolysis/flocculation -UASB-MBR combined technology. The results indicated: removal rate of COD was 20% with voltage of 4.1V, COD of 15 000 mg·L^-1; 20% removal rate of COD could be obtained by adding mixture of pol y-ferric-sulphate Coagulant and PAM which ratio was 500:2;removal rate of coD reached 75.8%-80% by UASB unit and COD became 2 000 mg·L^-1; at last COD concentration became less 100 mg·L^-1 after MBR unit.
