摘要
通过对小试规模的移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)处理南方热带亚热带地区城市生活污水的试验研究,探讨了水力停留时间、pH、填料填充率、冲击负荷对反应器处理效果的影响。试验结果表明,在HRT为6h,进水COD为300mg·L-1,氨氮质量浓度为15mg·L-1,填料体积填充率为30%,pH为7左右时,移动床生物膜反应器对COD、氨氮、TN的去除率分别为83.4%、80.1%、49.7%。
At present, a large number of small and medium-size urban wastewater treatment plants are being constructed in China. Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor process(MBBR), which is characteristic of low-cast, high efficiency, simple operation and management, has a broad prospect in application. The urban domestic sewage in South tropical and subtropical with MBBR was studied, including the effect of HRT, pH, filling rate of suspended carrier and impact load on the treatment results of the reactor. The results showed that the removal rate of COD can reach 83.4%, the removal rate of NHa-N is 80.1% and the removal rate of TN-N is 49.7% when the HRT is 6h, the COD concentration of influent is 300 mg·L^-1, the NH3-N concentration of influent is 15 mg·L^-1, the pH is around 7.
