摘要
采用陶瓷超滤膜技术处理乳化液废水,具有出水水质稳定、浓缩乳化液含水率低、便于回收、无二次污染等特点。对超滤膜清洗的方式进行了研究,结果表明,温度为48~50℃,进出口压力分别为0.40MPa和0.19MPa的条件下,使用质量浓度为2%~2.5%的阴离子表面活性剂、pH为3的酸洗液、pH为11的碱洗液对无机陶瓷超滤膜进行清洗可达到理想的清洗效果。
The compendium ultra-filtration technology were applied in the waste water treatment system of the Cold-rolling Plant, The emulsion waste water was treated by ceram ultra-filtration technology to keep the water quality stabilizations and the convenience reclaiming enrich emulsion or no secondary pollution distinction etc.The way of ultra-filtration cleaning was studied. The results showed that the perfect effect of the inorganic ceram ultra-filtration with the temperature 48-50℃, In and out pressure of 0.40 MPa, 0.19 MPa, By 2%-2.5% consistency anion surface active agent, In pH-3 acid solution or in pH=11 aqueous alkali.
