摘要
针对航空航天领域高温、低温、交变温度、高速重载等导致的极端工况环境,及轴承、齿轮等典型部件接触区的工作特点,研制了用于模拟高速旋转部件的点接触,并且转速、载荷、温度、滑滚比等工况条件可变的高速滑滚接触摩擦试验机。介绍了试验机的构成和性能,并利用此试验机进行了摩擦副材料表面失效试验。试验表明,该试验机能够实现对苛刻工况的模拟,对材料极限试验过程进行实时监控和数据储存,且对试验参数反应灵敏。
For the extreme environmental conditions caused by high and low temperature, alternating temperature, highspeed, heavy load in the field of aerospace, and the typical characteristics of bearings and gears, the high-speed sliding-rolling contact friction testing machine was developed. The structure and capability were introduced. The surface failure experiment was carried out by using the tester. The experimentation shows this tester can simulate the extreme conditions. With sensitive response to experimental parameters,it gives real-time monitoring and stores experimental datas of material limiting.
