摘要
水泥厂所使用的水泥窑用液压缸因液压缸所受径向力过大、密封件选择不合理和不能限位等,存在着磨损严重、内泄漏大和端盖处有外泄等问题。针对水泥窑的工作环境、速度及负载特性,对原有水泥窑用液压缸的结构进行了改进,改进后的液压缸采用了新型组合密封,增加了辅助导向组件和限位面,改变了活塞杆上的受力点,减小了磨损,极大地提高了液压缸的使用寿命。
Many hydraulic cylinders used in domestic cement factories have the problems of serious attrition, serious leakage in the cylinder end because of large radial force, unsuitable seals selected for the hydraulic cylinders. According to working environment, speed and load characteristics of cement kiln, the structure of the original cement kiln cylinder was improved. The improved hydraulic cylinder uses a new type of combination seal, increases auxiliary components and limit surface, and changes acting point on the piston rod,which reduces the attrition and improves the life of the hydraulic cylinder.
