摘要
提出了一种电子接插件生产工艺——多向同步进料精密级进冲压工艺,该工艺从2个或2个以上方向同时送料,在模具内完成夹紧装配,采用吹气辅助送料机构改进送料效果。应用结果表明,该工艺有助于降低固定投资成本,加快电子接插件流水化生产速度。
A high-precision progressive stamping process with multi-way co-feeding in parallel was proposed for making an electronic connector, in which clamp mounting is implemented in the stamping die and compressed air-assisted feeding mechanism is used to improve the feeding efficiency. The application result demonstrates that the process contributes to the decrease of the fixed investment costs and the assembly line manufacturing speed of electronic connectors.
