连接支架多工位级进模设计

摘要 分析了连接支架的结构工艺性,介绍了多工位级进模的总体结构、主要零部件和排样方案。模具采用局部固定卸料架和弹压卸料板相结合的卸料形式,模具结构紧凑、工作平稳、操作简便、生产效率高。 The structural technology of a connecting support was analyzed and a multi-position pro- gressive die was developed. The total structure, main parts and components and blank layout scheme of the die were described. The die is characterized by the combination of partly fixed stripper rack and elastic pressure stripper plate for stripping and it is compact in structure, stable and simple in operation, and has a high production efficiency.
