摘要
对具有复杂曲面的玻璃器皿外形尺寸进行三坐标测量,得到样品点云数据,再利用逆向工程技术对样品进行曲面重构进而得到用Pro/E软件构建的三维CAD模型,利用快速成型技术制得样品的SLA树脂原型,利用SLA树脂原型和复合陶瓷型壳铸造工艺得到模具毛坯和模具电火花加工电极,此工艺可以实现复杂型腔玻璃模具的快速加工。
The overall surface dimension of a complex glassware part was measured with a three-coordinate measuring machine and the point cloud data of the sample was obtained. The surface reconstruction was caused by using reverse engineering technique to establish a Pro/E-based 3D CAD model and an SLA resin prototype was produced through rapid prototyping (RP) technology. With the SLA resin prototype and composite ceramic shell casting technique, the mould blank and EDM electrodes were got in which glass moulds with complex cavities can be processed rapidly.
