摘要
分析了小批量冲裁零件的工艺特点,提出了以锌基合金材料作为冲裁模具凹模的设计方案,并进行了模具设计和制造,用1副模具完成了同样形状、不同材料、不同厚度零件的试生产,获得了较好的效果。锌基合金作为冲裁模凹模材料,具有比较优越的性能,可为批量小、品种多、改型快的新品开发提供一种良好的解决方案。
A blanking die with zinc-based alloy as the concave die was developed after analysis on the process features of components made by small batch blanking. The die can produce a series of butterfly shape components with the same shape but different material and thickness. With that study will a good solution be introduced for the development of new products characterized by small batch production, multiple varieties and constant modification.
