摘要
采用静水法研究了硫酸铜对刺参幼参的急性毒性,结果表明:硫酸铜对平均体重9.2 g刺参的96小时LC_(50)为0.77mg/L,安全浓度为0.077mg/L(以CuSO_4计),明显低于硫酸铜在海水养殖中的常规用量(0.5～1.0mg/L),因此在刺参养殖中应严格控制硫酸铜的使用。
Acute toxicity of copper sulfate to Apostichopusjaponicus(average weight 9.2g) was determined in static bioassay tests.The results showed that the 96hLC_(50) was 0.77mg/L and safe concentration value was 0.077mg/L.
