山庄降脂片中橙黄决明素、大黄素和大黄酚的HPLC测定

Determination of Aurantio-obtusifolin,Emodin and Chrysophanol in Shanzhuang Jiangzhi Tablets by HPLC

建立了HPLC法测定山庄降脂片中的橙黄决明素、大黄素和大黄酚。采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸为流动相,检测波长286nm。橙黄决明素、大黄素和大黄酚分别在0.944～11.3、0.137～1.65、0.153～1.84μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.5%、99.6%、98.9%,RSD分别为0.87%、0.23%、0.54%。

An HPLC method was established for the determination of aurantio-obtusifolin, emodin and chrysophanol in Shanzhuang Jiangzhi tablets. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-1% phosphoric acid at the detection wavelength of 286 nm. The calibration curves of aurantio-obtusifolin, emodin and chrysophanol were linear in concentration ranges of 0.944-11.3, 0.137-1.65 and 0.153-1.84 μg/ml. The average recoveries were 99.5 %, 99.6 % and 98.9 %, with the RSDs of 0.87 %, 0.23 % and 0.54 %, respectively.
