摘要
建立了偏最小二乘法测定复方利血平片中的6个组分——利血平、氢氯噻嗪、硫酸双肼屈嗪、维生素B1、维生素B6、盐酸异丙嗪。测定波长240~340nm,6组分的回收率分别为101.1%、100.4%、99.69%、100.4%、98.99%、99.36%;RSD分别为0.65%、0.63%、1.03%、0.81%、0.49%、0.83%。
A partial least square (PLS) method was established for the determination of six compoments in compound reserpine tablets at the UV detection wavelength of 240 - 340 nm. The average recovery of reserpine, hydrochlorothiazide, dihydralazine sulfate, vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and promethazine hydrochloride was 101.1%, 100.4%, 99.69%, 100.4%, 98.99%, 99.36%, with the RSDs of 0.65%, 0.63%, 1.03%, 0.81%, 0.49% and 0.83%, respectively.
