摘要 丁酸氯维地平(clevidipine butyrate,1),化学名为4-(2,3-二氯苯基)-1,4-二氢-2,6-二甲基-3,5-吡啶二羧酸甲基(1-氧代丁氧基)甲基酯,是由英国AstraZeneca公司研制的一种新型短效二氢吡啶类钙通道拮抗剂,2008年8月首次在美国上市,商品名Cleviprex。本品为注射乳剂,用于治疗不宜口服或口服无效的高血压,也可用于治疗外科手术后急性血压升高。
