摘要
采用一步法制备了绿色颜料增强硬质聚氨酯的复合材料,研究了添加不同质量份数的颜料对硬质聚氨酯力学性能、隐身性能的影响。结果表明,颜料添加量的不同,其对硬质聚氨酯增强效果差异显著。当颜料加入量为12%时,试样的表观密度为52.6 kg/m3,压缩强度为110.6 kPa。与未增强的试样相比分别提高了29.6%和8.2%。测试试样的反射率和发射率曲线,分析得出,当颜料加入量为12%时,在700~800 nm波段,反射率最高为51.2%;在8~14μm波段,发射率值为0.681。泡沫试样具有较好的隐身性能。
Green pigment reinforced rigid polyurethane (RPU) composites was prepared by means of direct synthesis, and its mechanical and stealth properties with different pigment mass number were also studied. The results showed that the mass number of different pigment had different reinforcing effects on RPU. When the mass fraction was 12% the apparent density of the sample was 52.6 kg/m^3 and the compression strength was 110.6 kPa, which were 29.6% and 8.2% respectively higher than that of non-reinforced material By testing the reflectivity and infrared emissivity curve of sample, the results also showed that when the mass fraction was 12%, the maximum reflectivity was 51.2% between the 700-800 nm waveband and the infrared minimum emissivity was 0.681 in the 8-14 μm waveband, so that the rigid polyurethane composites have good stealth properties.
