针刺高强防水胎基工艺参数及其对力学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 根据针刺防水胎基高强抗拉的应用要求,对基布的生产工艺进行了单因子实验。实验结果表明,当主要生产工艺参数设定为面密度340 g/m2、针刺频率1 200刺/m in、针刺深度8 mm、上胶量260%时,防水胎基纵向拉伸强力和伸长率分别达到1 000 N/5 cm和45%以上,横向拉伸强力和伸长率分别达到1 200 N/5 cm和40%以上,生产的防水胎基强度高、延伸性好,是优质防水卷材的基础材料。 Experiment on single factor of production technic of high-tensile needle-punched waterproofing membrane base, according to the applied requirement of needle-punched waterproofing membrane base's high tensile strength property. The experiment states that when the mainly technological parameters were settled as follows, 340 g/m^2, 1 200 n/min of needle punching frequency, 8 mm of needle depth, 260% of bonding agent dipping ratio, needle-punched waterproofing membrane base's MD tensile strength and tensile stretch reach 1 000 N/5 cm and 45% respective, while CD tensile strength and tensile stretch reach 1 200 N/5 cm and 40% respective. High tensile strength and stretch, which are the fundamental parameters for good waterproof materials should be have.
