The fiber spray technique at TechAdhesion Systems Ltd. and co-installated hot melt machine were presented. Especially the fiber spray technique is suitable for non-contact type of composite processing on fiber products of large width. It is an advanced nonwovens processing technique which meets the demands of environmental protection. The design characters of hot melt machine assure the excellent permeability of products and have performances of uniform glue, soft handle and convenient adjustment and test of equipment as well as simple maintenance.
