摘要
针对溶胶-凝胶法制备太阳光热转换吸收薄膜的关键问题,筛选了过渡金属盐并考察了还原条件,结果表明不需要外加还原剂,直接利用溶胶配方组分就可以将硝酸镍完全原位还原成单质镍。配方中镍含量为80%(m(镍)∶m(铝)=80∶20)时获得最好的吸收率,灼烧温度以600℃为宜。依据这样条件,0.8mol/L溶胶制备的太阳光热转换吸收薄膜吸收率可达0.82。
To the key question for sol-gel derived solar absorbing films,the transition metallic salts were filtratied out and the reduction condition was investigated. The results showed that nickel nitrate was reduced into elementary nickel by the sol formula without adding any other reducing agents. The best absorptance was obtained at 80% nickel content (m(Ni) : re(Al) =80 : 20). The sintering temperature was determined at 600℃. By these conditions,the prepared film using 0.8mol/L sol has a normal solar absorbtance of 0.82.
