摘要
知识学习是知识的积累和提升过程,对科技成果转化的驱动力和支配性愈加明显。指出获取持续竞争优势是科技成果转化知识学习的根本目标,基于这一视角构建科技成果转化知识学习的模式,提出由微观到宏观、由客体到主体、由战术到战略逐步升级的知识学习策略。
Knowledge learning is a process of accumulating and upgrading of knowledge, whose driving power and predominating power to Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements (TSTA) become more and more obvious. This paper points out that attaining sustaining competition advantage is the essential goal of knowledge learning of TSTA, and constructs knowledge learning mode of TSTA putting forward knowledge learning countermeasure from macroscopically to microcosmically, from objectively to subjectively, from tactics to stratagem. It provides guidance and reference for the learning practice in TSTA and has important practical significance for transformation organization to attain sustaining competition advantage.
