摘要
对竞争性战略联盟伙伴间技术合作问题进行探讨,运用实证的方法研究存在竞争关系的合作伙伴间的竞争强度、技术距离和过程管理与技术合作效应之间的影响关系。研究得出,竞争强度、技术距离和过程管理对技术合作效应水平具有显著的积极促进作用,而且过程管理的影响程度最大,技术距离次之,竞争强度最小,这对提升我国企业技术水平具有重要的实践意义。
In this paper, we research on technological collaboration effect of competitive strategic alliances, empirically study the effect of intensity of competition（IC）, technology distance（TD）and process management （PM） in competitive partners to collaboration effect of technology. The conclusion shows that IC, TD and PM have significant effect on collaboration effect, the biggest is PM, and TD next, and IC finally, this has great practical significance for upgrading the technological level of Chinese enterprises.
