Evaluation of Knowledge Integration Capability Based on Fuzzy TOPSIS in Complex Product Development Team

分析了复杂产品研发团队知识集成能力的评价指标,建立了基于模糊TOPSIS的评价模型,借助于AHP确定了评价指标的权重,考虑到指标的模糊性,运用三角模糊数来描述各评价指标的语义值,再根据各方案与正理想解和负理想解的距离分析相对贴近度,进行综合评价,最后通过实例分析验证了该方法的实用性和有效性。

This paper analyzes the evaluation index of knowledge integration capability in complex product development team, establishes an evaluation model based on fuzzy TOPSIS. And the weights of index are made by AHP, the vagueness of index is handled with linguistic values parameterized by triangular fuzzy numbers, then the relative closeness obtained according to the distance of each alternative between positiveideal and negative-ideal solutions determine the final outcome. At last, a practical example is conducted to illustrate and verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model.
