摘要
试验结果表明,炒白术水煎液对鲫消化道有促进运动作用,0.25 g/ml组与对照组差异极显著,0.5 g/ml组与对照组差异显著。炒白术水煎液对正常离体鲫消化道起兴奋作用,增强了消化道的收缩强度,表现为振幅增加;乙酰胆碱负荷下,炒白术水煎液对已被兴奋的离体消化道无加剧兴奋的作用,而是维持了已有的收缩强度,降低收缩频率;阿托品负荷下,炒白术水煎液对离体消化道无作用,表明白术对消化道的调节作用可能与毒蕈碱型胆碱能受体有关。
The results showed that the decoction of speculation Rhizoma atractylodis rnacrocephalae promoted propelling movement of digestive tracts crucian carp(Carassius auratus). There was a significant difference between 0.25 g/ml group as well as 0.5 g/ml group and the control group. In vitro experiment, the decoction of speculation R. atractylodis macrocephalae excited the digestive tract and promoted the contraction of the tract. Under acetylcholine load, the decoction of the herb did not further promote peristalsis of the excited digestive tract, but maintained the contraction intension with lowering the contraction frequency. Under atropine load, the decoction of herb did not show significant effect on peristalsis of digestive tract in vitro, indicating that the regulation of R. atractylodis macrocephalae on the movement of digestive tract was likely related to muscarinic acetylcholine receptor.
