热处理对U-Mo/Nb互扩散行为的影响

摘要 采用包覆热轧法制备了U-Mo/Nb固相复合扩散偶。分别在760℃和790℃温度下对U-Mo/Nb固相复合扩散偶进行了不同时间的扩散热处理。用能谱法(EDS)测定了扩散偶不同热处理时间后的扩散层厚度;并采用非线性拟合方法研究了扩散层厚度与热处理时间的关系。结果显示,2种温度下扩散层厚度与时间的拟合结果存在较大差异。 Solid bonding diffusion couples of U-Mo/Nb have been made by Covering and Hot rolling. The diffusion couples were heat-treated at 760℃ and 790℃. The thickness of diffusion layers were measured by Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) and the relationships between annealing time and thickness of the diffusion layers were also studied by the Non-linear curve fitting. The results indicated that it has biggish difference between the simulation equations under the two temperatures.
