摘要
研究了新化合物唑胺菌酯水溶液在紫外光照射下的稳定性及施用到作物上经紫外光照射后生物活性的变化。结果表明:经紫外光照射不同时间后,该药剂水溶液的吸光度均有降低,且随照射时间的延长,吸光度降低越大。唑胺菌酯、唑菌胺酯和戊唑醇喷施到作物上,经紫外光照射后,EC90值均增大,对小麦白粉病的活性有不同程度的降低。光稳定系数计算结果显示:唑胺菌酯经紫外光照射4h以内的光稳定系数在1.0000~0.2559之间,较唑菌胺酯(1.0000~0.2084)光稳定性好,较戊唑醇(1.0000~0.6906)光稳定性差。
The photostability and bioactivity of a novel fungicide pyrametostrobin in its solution under exposure of ultraviolet lamp were studied. The results showed that the absorbency of its solution decreased significantly under ultraviolet with longer exposure time. After sprayed on wheat, the EC90 of pyrametostrobin, pyraclostrobin and tebuconazole increased under ultraviolet with different exposure time, which indicated that the bioactivity of these compounds against Blumeria graminis on wheat became lower. Within four hours exposure under ultraviolet, the photostability coefficient of pyrametostrobin was between 1.000 0 to 0.255 9, which showed that the photostability of pyrametostrobin was better than pyraclostrobin(1.000 0-0.208 4), while worse than tebuconazole(1.000 0-0.690 6).
