离子色谱法测定草甘膦原药中的杂质成分 被引量:2

Determination Impurities in Glyphosate TC by Ion Chromatography

摘要 建立了离子色谱法同时检测原药中草甘膦及5种杂质的分析方法。选用Metrosep A Supp5-150色谱柱,化学抑制,电导检测,采用外标法进行定性定量分析。结果表明:草甘膦的相对标准偏差为1.70%,5种杂质的相对标准偏差均小于3.00%;草甘膦的平均回收率为93.5%~98.2%,5种杂质的平均回收率为90.3%~95.6%。 The determination method of ion chromatography was established for glyphosate and 5 impurities in the technical. Metrosep A SUPP 5-150 was choose as the separation column, chemical suppression and conductivity detection was used in this method with external standard method for qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that glyphosate relative standard deviation was 1.70%, 5 impurities relative standard deviation were less than 3.00%, the average recovery rate of glyphosate was 93.5-98.2%, 5 impurities in the average recovery were 90.3-95.6%.
