摘要
利用气相色谱仪建立了大米中氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯、百菌清、甲氰菊酯、三唑酮9种农药残留量的测定方法。测定结果表明:在DB-1701色谱柱中,供试的9种农药分离状况良好,在24min内出峰完毕。9种农药在3个添加水平下的平均回收率为69.87%~135.51%,相对标准偏差为1.83%~18.68%,9种农药的检出限为0.00004~0.009mg/kg。
A method for the determination of chlorothalonil, triadimefon, bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, lambda-cyhalothrin, permethrin, cypermethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin in rice by using GC/u-ECD was developed. The 9 pesticide residues in rice were separated from each other through DB-1701 in 24 min. It was then analyzed by GC/u-ECD using the external standard method. Under above conditions, the average recoveries of various amounts of spiked (0.05-0.50 mg/kg) in rice were ranged from 69.87 to 135.51%. The detection limit for the 9 kinds of pesticide pesticides was in the range of 0.00004-0.009 mg/kg and the RSD from 1.83 to 18.68%.
