This article emphasized the importance of Kidney-essence for us, pointed out that the the root causes of sinkness, premature senescence even death is the depletion of Kidney-essence, came to the conclusion that Nourishing Kidney-essence is the fundamental law of preventing diseases and having a long life. Nourishing Kidney - essence must be syndrome differentiation and treatment under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Recalling clinical research in the brain, spinal cord, bones, reproductive and other related diseases had a remarkable effect, experimental reeseareh in anti -aging and prevention of Senile dementia had the continuous development with the Mechanism Study and treatment research both in vitro, in vivo, and Chinese Herbal Compound Formula and Chinese Herbs research in recent years, in order to better service the clinical benefit of the people by grasping medical developments at home and abroad closely, eombining with modern science and technology.
