鸡胚地龙膏治疗急性软组织损伤的临床研究

Clinical Research of the Treatment of Jipei Ointment for Treatment of Acute Soft Tissue Injury

目的:观察鸡胚地龙膏治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法:将678例急性软组织损伤患者按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组外用鸡胚地龙膏,对照组外用跌打镇痛膏,疗程均为8天。在治疗前及治疗后2、4、6、8天分别记录患者的疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑、压痛、功能障碍的积分变化情况以及皮肤过敏反应情况,并进行比较分析。结果:治疗组的愈显率为84.4%、有效率为96.54%,对照组分别为76.51%和94.28%,两组治疗急性软组织损伤均有较好的临床疗效,两组之间综合疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组对疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍的疗效优于对照组;对照组对压痛的疗效优于治疗组;两组均未出现不良反应。结论:鸡胚地龙膏治疗急性软组织损伤疗效显著,是一种较好治疗软组织损伤的外用药。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jipei ointment in the treatment of patients with acute soft tissue injury. Methods：In 678 cases, with the acute soft tissue injury patients are randomly divided into treatment group and control group, respectively given Jipei ointment and TidaZhentong ointment for 8 day,the integral of injury extent on patients are recorded respectively pre and post treatment for 2,4,6 and 8 days, symptoms such as local pain, swelling, spot, tenderness, functional disturbance, aUegic reaction of skin were observed and compared. Results ： The effective rate and the cured and markedly effective rate were 96.54% and 84. 4% in the treatment group,94. 28% and 76.51% in the control group,Both Jipei ointment and Tidazhentong ointment had good efficacy in treatment of acute soft tissue injury ,There was no statistically significant differences in total efficacy between the two groups. Jipei ointment had better efficacy local pain, swelling and functional disturbance than those with Tidazhentong ointment,but Tidazhentong ointment had better in relieving tenderness than that with Jipei ointment, the two groups it has no harmful effects on the human body. Conclusion：Jipei ointment has good efficacy in treatment of acute soft tissue injury.
