扶正祛腐化瘀法治疗乳腺癌术后创面不愈83例

Fuzheng Qufu Huayu Therapy for Wound Disunion After Operation of Breast Cancer:A Clinical Observation of 83 Cases

目的:观察扶正祛腐化瘀法治疗乳腺癌术后创面不愈83例临床疗效。方法:内服扶正祛瘀生肌方结合长皮膏外敷为主治疗乳腺癌术后创面83例,8周后评价疗效。结果:83例患者痊愈72例,显效7例,有效3例。痊愈率86.75%,痊愈时间20～58天,平均(36.71±9.53)天。8周未愈患者继续治疗,1例患者因肝转移未坚持治疗创面未愈,其余均愈。结论:扶正祛腐化瘀法能有效促进乳腺癌术后创面愈合。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Fuzheng Qufu Huayu Therapy for wound disunion after operation of Breast Cancer. Methods ： Combinating treatment of Oral Fuzheng Qufu Huayu prescription and external Zhangpi Ointment on the 83 cases of wound disunion after operation of Breast Cancer, evaluate the efficacy after eight weeks. Results ： In all the 83 cases of patients,72 cases were fully cured,7 cases were markedly and 3 cases were effeced. The clinical cure rate was 86. 75% ,recovery time were 20- 58 days, and the average timeis were （36. 71 ± 9. 53）days, we continue to treate the cases who are uncured after 8 weeks：one with liver metastases was uneffective due to exitting, and the rest are cured. Conclusion：Fuzheng Qufu Huayu therapy can promote the wound healing after operation of Breast Cancer effectively.
