常规针刺与深刺太阳穴治疗血管神经性头疼疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effects of Common Needling and Deep Needling "taiyang" point

目的:观察比较常规针刺与深刺太阳穴(EX-HN5)治疗血管神经性头痛的疗效差异,寻找更为有效的针刺方法,提高针刺治疗效果。方法:将164例血管神经性头痛患者随机分为常规针刺组和深刺治疗组,两组取穴、疗程相同,观察治疗效果。结果:常规针刺组治愈率为48.8%,深刺治疗组为56%;常规针刺组有效率87.8%,深刺治疗组为95%。两组的疗效比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:掌握特殊的深刺太阳穴方法可提高疗效,减少针刺次数,缩短疗程。

Objective：To observe therapeutic effect deference of common needling and deep needling on ungioneurotic headache, search the effective therapeutic method and improve the effect of treatment. Methods： One hundred and sixty-four cases of angioneurotic headache were divided into 2 groups：common needling group and deep needling group,the point and the period were same, observe the effect of them. Results ： The cure rate of the common needling group was 48.8% ,the cure rate of the deep needling group was 56% ;the effective rate of the common needling group was 87. 8% ,the effective rate of the deep needling group was 95%. There were very significant differences in the therapeutic effect of the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Accurate method of deep needling the point EX-HN 5 （TaiYang） can improve the effect of treatment,reduce the times of needling,and shorten the period.
