压疮坏死溃疡期的综合治疗与护理

Treatment and Care of Pressure Ulsers

目的:交流重度压疮患者的护理心得。方法:对重度坏死溃疡期患者进行中西医结合护理。结果:经过中西医结合护理后,压疮创面愈合,皮肤完整性恢复。结论:积极采取预防措施、加强营养、合理的联合用药及治疗,压疮完全愈合。

Objective： To exchange the nursing experience of patients for severe pressure ulcers. Methods： The patients were giver the integrated TCM and western medicine care. Results：After following the integrated TCM and western medicine care, wound of pressure ulcers heals and skin integrity restores. Conclusion：Taking preventive measures actively,improving nutrition and applying drugs rationally and treatment pressure ulcers heals.
