千层塔合剂对AD模型大鼠学习记忆能力及细胞凋亡的影响

Effects of Qiancengta Decoction on Learning Memory Ability and Apoptosisin in Model Rats with AD

探讨千层塔合剂治疗AD的作用机理,为中医和地方特色药物治疗AD提供实验依据和临床指导。方法:采用腹腔注射D-gal6周致亚急性衰老模型,合并双侧海马区注射Aβ25-35复制AD模型;给予药物或生理盐水灌胃4周后,用Morris水迷宫法测试大鼠学习记忆能力,流式细胞仪观察脑神经细胞凋亡情况。结果:千层塔合剂对AD模型大鼠的学习记忆功能有明显的改善作用(P<0.01);并能降低Aβ毒性所致的脑神经细胞凋亡(P<0.01)。结论:千层塔合剂能够显著改善AD大鼠学习记忆能力,抑制细胞凋亡。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic mechanism of Qiancengta Decoction, to provide traditional chinese medicine and national medicine with experimental accordance and clinical guidance. Methods：AD models were preparating by intraperitoneal injection of D-gal for 6w, combined with Aβ26-35 injection the bilateral Hippocampus. Different drugs were administered by oral gavage for 4w. After testing the changes of learning and memory ability with MWM ,we measuring the apoptosis of brain nerve cells. Results：Qiancengta Decoction can improve the AD rats＇ability of learning gain and the competence of information reserve more efficiently（ P 〈0. 01 ）,and reduce obviously the apoptosis number of brain nerve cell （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Qiancengta Decoction has the therapeutic mechanism that increased the learning memory-level and restrained apoptosis.
