摘要
目的建立参花胶囊中阿魏酸含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,检测波长为316nm,以乙腈-磷酸二氢钾缓冲液为流动相(30∶70),流速为1.0ml/min。结果阿魏酸在0.02266~0.36256mg剂量范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率=99.05%,RSD=3.42%(n=5),精密度试验的RSD=0.24%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于参花胶囊中阿魏酸含量测定。
Objective To establish a method of mensurating ferulaic acid content in the Shenhua capsules. Methods Ferulaic acid content is mensurated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and with the detection wavelength 316nm, the mobile phases acetonitrile -potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution (30:70 ) and the flow rate 1.0ml/min. Results There is good linearity for ferulaic acid in the dose range of 0. 02266 to 0. 36256ug ( r = 0. 9999, n = 5 ) , average recovery rate is 99.05% and RSD 3.42% (n =5). The RSD of precision is 0.24% (n =5). Con- clusion The method mensurating ferulaic acid content is simple, sensitive and accurate. And it can be helped to control the quality of the Shenhua capsule.
