特异性免疫治疗过敏性紫癜临床意义

Observation on Effect of Specific Immunotherapy to Henoch-schonlein Purpura Patients

目的评价特异性免疫治疗对过敏性紫癜(Henoch-Schonlein purpura,HSP)患者的临床意义。方法将门诊及住院的HSP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用特异性免疫治疗,治疗过程分为常规脱敏和维持脱敏两个阶段。观察HSP发作时间;HSP发作次数、就诊次数、住院次数、住院天数。时间为78周。对照组不作脱敏治疗。结果HSP症状体征存在的天数治疗组比对照组明显减少(t=3.295,P<0.01)疗程结束后患者HSP症状改善情况自我评价治疗组优于对照组(u=3.284,P<0.01)。患者HSP发作次数、就诊次数、住院次数、住院天数均明显降低。治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论特异性免疫疗法,能减轻HSP症状,减少发作、就诊、住院次数及住院天数,并具有一定的安全性。

Objective To observe the effect of specific immunotherapy to henoch - schonlein purpura patients. Methods Total 60 patients were obseved,30 in experimental group and 30 in control group. The experimental group received a treatment with SIT,while the control group not of the other. The whole observations lasted 78 weeks. The process of treatment was divided into two periods. Results After 78 weeks treatment, The symptom existence time treatment group reduces obviously compared to that of the control group （t = 3.295, P 〈 0. 01 ）, The outbreak, the seeing doctor, in hospital number of times and in hospital number of days reduce obviously. Besides, on the subjective judgement of the improvement about overall symptoms, the experimental group is better than that of the control group （ u = 3. 284, P 〈 0. 01 ）. No any severe symtemic adverse reaction were shown in the study. Conclusion Specific immunotherapy improved symptoms of henoch - sehonlein purpura patients, moreover has certain security.
