磁隧道磁电阻效应具有饱和磁场低、工作磁场小、磁电阻大、灵敏度高等优点，从而在计算机信息存贮和高灵敏传感器方面有着广泛的应用前景。本文着重介绍磁隧道结的原理、制备技术及应用前景。
