摘要
高师院校教师教育改革的深度推进需要着力构建"大师范"框架下的多类型教师教育培养体系,实施分离基础上的融合型教师教育体制,探索分层培养基础教育师资和职业教育师资的培养模式,建设高水平的学科教学师资队伍。
The deep improvement of teachers' education reform of the normal universities needs to build multiple cultivating systems of teachers' education and conduct the combined teachers' education systems based on separation and explore the cultivating patterns of elementary education teachers and vocational education teachers in different levels in order to construct a faculty of teaching with high levels.
