连云港市区健康成人血清尿酸浓度参考值范围的调查

Investigation of Reference Values of Serum Uric Acid concentrations for Healthy Adults in Lianyungang

目的观察健康成年人血清尿酸（UA）是否存在性别、年龄及地区差异；建立本地区的参考值范围。方法在全自动生化分析仪上对3841例健康成人的血清UA进行测定，然后按性别、年龄分组进行比较。结果血清中的UA存在明显的性别差异，且女性组随年龄升高而呈上升趋势，将检测数据与文献报道数据比较，证实存在地区差异。结论血清UA需要按性别、年龄分别制定参考值范围。

Objective To investigate whether the serum uric acid （UA） concentrations of the healthy adults did have the sex, age and regional differences,and then set up the reference values of the serum UA concentrations. Methods The serum UA concentrations of 3 841 healthy adults were determined by the Full-automatic Biochemical Analyzer,and then grouped according to the sex,the age for comparison. Results There were significant differences between the serum UA concentrations of male and those of female, and those of women groups increased along with the growth of age. Compared our testing datas with the datas reported ,and then confirmed that had the regional differences. Conclusion The serum UA concentrations need to separately establish the reference values according to the sex and the age.
