摘要
介绍了江苏220kV电网分区运行情况和镇江电网分区运行的现状,分析了镇江220kV电网分为东、西两片运行后,形成了镇江城区单电源220kV多级供电线路的供电网络,针对这一网络提出了单电源三级220kV供电线路继电保护整定计算策略,并通过对一个实际网络的整定计算,指出了上下级保护之间存在不配合情况;可以采取提高电源开关的稳定限额的办法,来改善上下级保护之间第Ⅰ段和第Ⅱ段的配合情况;但由于电源开关保护限额的限制,仍存在上下级后备段保护之间不配合情况。建议应通过规划,改善220kV供电网络,来减少单电源多级串供220kV线路的级数或没有多级串供的220kV供电线路,并在单电源供电线路上装设能够全线速动的光纤分相电流差动保护,来改善单电源多级串供的220kV线路保护之间快速保护段之间的配合性能。
This paper analyzes 220kV power grids of Jiangsu and Zhenjiang district running status quo, in which Zhenjiang 220 kV power grid is divided into East and West after two operations to form a single source multi-level power supply network. For the network, a single power three-level 220 kV power supply line relay coordination calculated strategy is proposed, and through a network of the actual setting, the situation of the line protection incompatible with each other is pointed out. Power source limits to the stability should be increased to improve the bad coordination of protection between the Ⅰ and Ⅱ section. But because the power switch protection limit restrictions still exist that the Ⅰ and Ⅱ level of protection can't be incompatible with each other. Planning proposals should be adopted to improve the 220 kV power supply network to reduce single-supply multi-level serial 220 kV lines levels or remove multi-level serial 220 kV power supply lines. And a single power supply lines should be installed quick action split phase fiber current differential protection to improve multi-level serial single-supply cooridination of fast protection of 220 kV transmission line.
