The university assets management company from the perspective of entrepreneurial university:international comparison and policy selection

创业型大学是大学在政府、社会的推动下应对自身危机的产物。大学的组织环境变迁和创业型组织的形成构成了大学创业活动的基点。我国高校资产公司是一种在企业模式、路径选择、动因机制、危机风险等方面有别于国外大学创业型组织的机构。我国高校资产公司应采取完善国有资产的撤出机制,构建中介服务体系,完善创业投资风险机制,建立有效激励监督机制等举措,实现向创业型组织的转型。

Facing the crisis of itself, the entrepreneurial university appeared under the promotion of the government and the society. The changes of organizational environment and the forming of entrepreneurial organization consist of the basis of the entrepreneurial activities of universities. The university assets management company in China is different from the foreign entrepreneurial organizations in the respect of the enterprise mode, the route selection, the driver mechanism and crisis risks. The university assets management company should take active measures such as improving withdrawal mechanism of state-owned assets, forming medium service system, enhancing entrepreneurial mechanism of investment risk and building effective mechanism of incentive supervision in order to realize the transformation toward the entrepreneurial organization.
