摘要
本文通过使用大量的史料及案例材料,对清代回疆地区司法实践中所实际适用的刑事法律作出了详尽的分析,从而揭示出清代国家法在回疆地区适用的渐进过程。
Based on numerous documents and cases, this paper illustrates the criminal law applied in Hui people areas of Xinjiang in Qing Dynasty. It is hoped that the development of such a law can be revealed.
