摘要
少数民族大学生在地域、文化、语言、风俗习惯等方面有不同于一般高校学生的特点,因而其心理适应问题与一般高校学生相比,既有共同之处又有其独特性。本文从培养少数民族大学生心理适应能力的必要性出发,探讨少数民族大学生存在的心理适应问题,提出培养少数民族大学生心理适应能力的措施,对帮助少数民族大学生走出心理困境有着现实的指导意义。
Due to the differences in language and customs, many minority undergraduates have difficulty in dealing with interpersonal relations and consequently suffer from inadequate psychological adaptation. This paper studies the related issues.
