Problems and Their Countermeasures in Sustainable Uses of the Resources in Bohai Sea

渤海是我国的内海,在我国社会经济发展中起到重要的作用,渤海沿岸地区也成为我国经济最发达和社会文明程度较高地区域。渤海沿岸地区和渤海总面积占全国陆地面积的 2.61％,沿岸人口占全国的6.14％,工业产值占全国的10％;渤海主要海洋产业产值从1986年的64亿元上升到1995年的449亿元,占渤海沿岸市县工农业总产值近8％。渤海拥有丰富的海洋资源,为沿海地区的发展提供支撑。但是,近年来,渤海环境受到污染,生态系统遭到破坏,资源损害严重,渤海的可持续利用能力加速衰退,

Based on the status of the environment and resources in Bohai Sea, the paper presents the analysis of problems of the environmental capacity and resource utilization and discusses the factors effected on the sustainable uses of resources in Bohai Sea . The actions and suggestions for the control of pollution and the recovery of ecosystem in Bohai Sea are also given in the paper.
