血管内栓塞治疗颅内微小动脉瘤 被引量：3

摘要 在过去的几十年来，颅内动脉瘤的血管内介入手疗取得了突飞猛进的进步。可解脱弹簧圈GDC）的发明使介入治疗的领域获得了极大的扩乏。随着近十年来手术例数的增加，使得血管内介。治疗颅内动脉瘤的手术水平逐渐提高，治疗技巧逐渐成熟。但是对于直径小于3mm的微小动脉瘤而言，不论开颅手术还是介入栓塞都有相当地难度。我们回顾分析2007年7月至2008年7月间我科通过介入治疗的8例微小动脉瘤患者资料，报道如下。
