昆仑柴油机油用于平朔煤炭公司设备的应用研究

安太堡露天煤矿是世界特大型露天煤矿之一,所用的采煤设备代表了国内外露天采矿业、洗煤业较为先进的技术装备水平,各种设备应用的润滑油主要有:柴油机油、液压油、齿轮油等。根据平朔煤炭公司用油需求,中国石油润滑油公司与该公司开展了设备用柴油机油国产化工作,双方签订了"润滑油战略合作协议",首先通过实车对比使用试验考察昆仑柴油机油的使用性能,然后再进行全面推广。由平朔煤炭公司组织的现场对比使用试验表明:昆仑柴油机油实际使用性能良好,性价比较高,可有效降低用户用油成本,具有市场推广价值,现已全面应用。
