精神病患者肺部炎症的X线表现与临床分析

X-ray Manifestation of Pneumonia in Psychosis Patients

目的:探讨精神病人肺部炎症的X线特点。材料与方法:收集我院1997年—2009年2月的精神病患者肺部炎症的胸片50例,并结合精神病人的特殊情况对胸片进行综合分析。结果:50例患者中其胸部x线表现呈多样性,其中间质性肺炎20例,占40%;支气管肺炎18例,占36%;吸入性肺炎4例,占8%;胸膜炎8例,占16%。以间质性肺炎稍为常见,支气管肺炎最为典型。结论:精神病患者肺部感染的x线征象具有特征性,应将胸部x线检查列为精神病患者的常规检查。

Purpose： To discuss the pneumonia of psychosis patients by X- ray. Materials and Methods： 50 cases rome 1997 -2009. 2 in our hospital were used to analyze according to the pationts condition. Results： The total cases were 50 which were vivided into 4 types ： 20 eases （40%） showed interstitial pneumonia; 18 cases （ 36% ） showed bmnchopneumonia; 4eases（8% ）showed inhalation Pneumonia; 8 eases（ 16% ）showed pieuritis. The interstitial pneumonia often appearances but the bronchopneumonia was typical. Conclusion： X - ray Manifestation of pneumonia in psychosis patients were special. We should often use X - ray for the psychosis patients.
