核壳型丙烯酸酯木器面漆乳液的合成 被引量:3

摘要 采用核壳乳液聚合工艺,制备出性能优良的丙烯酸酯木器面漆乳液。考察了软硬单体配比、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)加入量、核壳比以及交联单体的加入方式等因素对乳液聚合稳定性及漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:在乳液聚合体系中,MAA加入量为3%、软硬单体配比为28∶72、核壳比为40∶60,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺分别以核层、壳层方式引入,乳液性能最佳。 High-performance acrylate emulsion for topcoat on wood is synthesized by the core-shell emulsion polymerization process. The effects of the ratio of soft monomer to hard monomer, amount of MAA, ratio of core to shell, introduction process of crosslinking monomer and etc. on the stability and performance of the emulsion and coating films are investigated. The results indicate that the performance of the emulsion are the best under the conditions that the amount of MAA is 3%, ratio of soft monomer to hard monomer is 28 : 72, ratio of core to shell is 40:60, as well as GMA and N-MA are introduced as core and shell respectively.
