摘要
本项研究在实验动物饲料原料基本上实现标准化的基础上，替代了原配方中的骨粉、鱼肝油、禽用多维素和生长素。经过对照，基本符合ＧＢ１４９２４－９４全价营养饲料对鼠料的要求，经生长繁殖和药理应用。
asing on the standardiztion of main composition of laoratory animal's diet, this rsearch has replaced bone powder, fish liver oil, multivitamin used on poulrty, and trace element preparation, all which are used in former composition. Comparing with GB14924-94 'laboratory animal full-nutrient diet', new diet basically accords with the demands of the mouse diet in GB14924 meanwhile, this diet has a good effect in the trial of growth, reproduction and pharmacology test.
