摘要
通过对"欧洲生态化居住的模范区"——德国汉诺威康斯伯格生态住宅小区的简要介绍,对其如何将生态居住和建造的思想、先进的节能策略、城市规划可持续发展的概念结合起来,充分利用成熟的低技术、高技术相结合的节能策略,创造出一种全新概念的、生态最佳化的住宅发展模式进行了阐述。
This paper makes brief introduction to the ＂ Hanover Kronsberg ecological residential quarter＂, which is the european ecoliving model area. The authors explain the way that the project combines housing and construction of ecological thinking and advanced energy saving strategies with the town planning the concept of sustainable development to create a kind of new concepts, ecological optimization model of residential development by making good use of ripe high-tech and low-tech energy saving tactics.
