白首乌对超氧阴离子自由基清除作用的研究 被引量:15

摘要 为深入探讨耳叶牛皮消块根(白首乌)的药理作用,指导其保健食品的研究与开发,采用化学发光法测定了去皮白首乌及白首乌栓皮对超氧阴离子自由基(O-2)的清除作用。结果表明,两者均能直接清除O-2,其IC50分别为6969μg/ml和2298μg/ml,而且后者对O-2的清除能力比前者高出30多倍,并同时测定了赤何首乌、西洋参、灵芝、当归、黄芪、菊花和竹叶。结果表明,去皮白首乌清除O-2的能力显著低于赤何首乌和灵芝,与西洋参和当归相差不大,显著高于黄芪、菊花和竹叶。而白首乌栓皮清除O-2的能力却高于其中任何一种中药。 To go further into the pharmacological effect of the root tuber of Cynanchum auriculatum (Baishouwu), and to study and develop a kind of healthy food, we determined its scavenging power on superoxide free radicals (O-2) using a luminoldependent chemiluminescence assay. The results showed that both Baishouwus peeled root tuber and the peelings have scavenging effect on O-2 and their IC50 are 69.69μg/ml and 2.298μg/ml respectively. And we found that the latters scavenging power on O-2 was 30 times more than the formers. We also investigated the effect of Heshouwu (①), American ginseng (②), glossy ganoderma (③), Chinese angelica (④), Huangqi(⑤), chrysanthemum (⑥) and bamboo leaves (⑦). The results showed that the scavenging power of Baishouwus peeled root tuber is markedly lower than that of ① and ③, and has a little difference with that of ② and ④and markedly higher than that of ⑤,⑥ and ⑦. The scavenging power of the pellings, however, is higher than any of the Chinese medicine above.
