新疆麦田瓢虫种类记述(鞘翅目:瓢虫科)

COCCINELLIDAE COLLECTED IN THE WHEAT FIELDSOF XINJIANG,CHINA WITH DESCRIPTION OF A NEW SPECIES (COLEOPTERA)

本文记述了采自新疆麦田的瓢虫科昆虫１７种，其中包括１新种即塔城毛瓢虫Ｓｃｙｍｎｕｓ（Ｎｅｏｐｕｌｕｓ）ｔａｃｈｅｎｇｉｃｕｓＹｕ和１中国新记录种即黄足小毛瓢虫Ｓ．（Ｓｃｙｍｎｕｓ）ｐａｌ┐ｌｉｐｅｓＭｕｌｓａｎｔ，并对一些种的种名和特征作了进一步的说明。

The Russian wheat aphid, Diuraphis noxia (Mordvilko), is a serious wheat pest in North America and South Africa, but is not so serious in Xinjiang, China. The abundant natural enemy resource is one of the important factors suppressing the pest under the lower population. Coccinellids are rich in Xinjiang both in quantity and in species. The collection under report contains 265 pecimens. 17 species are enumerated. Of those, 1 species is described as new to science Scymnus (Neopullus) tachengius Yu and S. (Scymnus) pallipes Mulsant is recorded as new for China. Exochomus (Exochomus) nigromaculatus (Goeze) was observed as active predator of the aphis in field. The type specimen is deposited in the first author′s Institute.Scymnus (Neopullus) tachengicus Yu, sp. n.(Figs. 17～25)Body length 1.7mm, width 1.1mm. Head yellowish brown with grey eyes. Pronotum yellowish brown with a semicircular black marking at base, anterior margin of the marking not reaching 1/2 pronotal length. Scutellum black. Elytra black with posterior 2/9 brown. Underside of the body yellowish brown to brown, with dark brown pterothorax, black epipleura and basal two abdominal segments. Postcoxal line and male gentalia as figured.Holotype♂, Tacheng, Xinjiang. Ⅵ～Ⅷ-1995, Liang H. coll. in the wheat field.The new species is closely related to S. (N.) haemorrhoidalis (Herbst), but differs from the latter by the fifth abdominal sternite without emarginate hind margin, postcoxal line in a semicircular shape and third antennal segment slender and apical margin of terminal antennal sternite not rounded and truncated.
